Key Responsibilities

:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and attendance . Assist in employee orientation, training, and development programs. Prepare and manage duty rosters in coordination with department heads. Monitor staff performance and coordinate annual appraisals. Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and procedures. Support audits and documentation related to

NABH standards

. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally. Maintain confidentiality and ensure employee data protection. Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR/Personnel Management. Minimum

2 years of HR experience

in a

multi-specialty hospital

. Sound knowledge of

NABH documentation and HR-related standards

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
