Job Description

The Healing touch is looking for A Human Resources (HR) Manager who is responsible for managing all aspects of an ophthalmology practice's human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compensation. This role is crucial for ensuring the practice has the right talent to deliver quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the ophthalmology practice. This includes job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

Onboarding and Training:

Ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded and provided with the necessary training to perform their roles effectively.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns and issues, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing compensation, benefits, and other HR-related matters to ensure they are competitive and meet the needs of employees.

HR Administration:

Managing HR records, data, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance management processes to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Legal Compliance:

Staying informed about and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

Education:

A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

Experience in a Ophthalmology, healthcare or medical setting is often preferred.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
Additional Skills:

Talent Management:

Understanding and applying talent management principles to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Head Hunting:

Identifying and recruiting top talent through various channels.

Recruitment:

Effectively managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Talent Acquisition:

Developing and implementing strategies to acquire the right talent for the organization.

Talent Sourcing:

Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
