We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive with a background in the hospitality industry to support and manage HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, preferably within hotels, resorts, or the food & beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in full-cycle recruitment for various roles in hospitality (housekeeping, front office, kitchen, etc.)
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Support HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and hospitality regulations.
Coordinate staff training, development programs, and performance reviews.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
Resolve employee queries and support positive workplace culture.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift schedules using HR systems.
Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
