Job Description


1. Responsible for hiring technical professionals for multiple requirements.
2. Accountable for the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing / headhunting to final selection.
3. Should have effective convincing and negotiation skills to attract top talent from the industry.
4. Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow and handled issues related to offer / Joining Date / On Boarding CTC as applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile


1. Candidate should have prior and relevant experience in recruiting core IT & sales professionals for all levels.
2. Candidate should be proficient on resume search through Job portals and using other resources like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal networks etc.
3. Should have pleasing personality and excellent communications skills (both verbal and written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
