Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates in line with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Post job openings on relevant platforms. Source and screen candidates through various channels. Coordinate and schedule interviews. Maintain recruitment records and reports. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. Strong communication and organizational skills.
