Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records (attendance, data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
Support the performance appraisal process
Organize training and development sessions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Coordinate HR projects and take initiative in improving HR practices
