Job Description
We look forward to hiring an innovative and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive.
Responsibilities:
Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
Counselling employees as and when required.
Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
3+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
Strong work ethics
Good communication skills
