We are looking for an HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare and issue HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
Manage payroll inputs and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee queries and grievances effectively.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
Ensure smooth exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Requirements:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as HR Executive/HR Generalist (Healthcare/Pharma industry preferred).
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
