  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Taking care of end to end recruitment for both technical and non-technical profiles.
  • Maintaining hiring candidate database on a regular basis
  • Generating Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Relieving & Experience Letters for the employees.
  • Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status
  • Maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 leaves, medical, and attendance records. Keeping track of employees\xe2\x80\x99 attendance and reporting to the concerned Manager.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation benefits, misconduct, and any problem resolution.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Knowledge of major job portal and other classified job sites
  • Should be well versed with Word, Excel, basic HR processes.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strategic sourcing skills and understanding of recruitment
  • Good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
