Job Description


Bridge management and employee relations Manage the recruitment and selection process Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Proven working experience as an HR executive Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Degree in Human Resources or related field Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience as a recruiter, minimum of 1 year Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal) Good knowledge of employment Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Ability to deliver in a fast-paced result oriented work culture.
