Detailed :
Responsible for full life-cycle of recruitment process(In house Recruitment)
Making s for various requisitions.
Sourcing profiles through web portals, Linkedin, Facebook.
Posting the requirements on job portals.
Preliminary screening/short listing the right qualitative profile against given requirements of resumes sourced
Co-ordinate interviews efficiently and makes the event happen.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
Salary negotiations and Date of Joining
Making confirmations regarding new hires.
Taking care of Joining Formalities
Employee Relations- Grievance Handling.
Full & Final settlement - Processing F & F settlement and relieving formalities with approval and as per policy.
Conduct Exit Interview.


Location: Rama Road, Industrial Area, Near Kirti Nagar Metro Station
(NO PICK & DROP FACILITY)

Salary: upto 16k
Exp: 6 months to 2 years (In bulk hiring)

Timings: 9:30 to 06:00

Candidate with background of MBA(HR & Operations) will be an added Advantage.
