Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Ad' posting on job portals/sites and social media
  • Source, shortlist and select candidates
  • Follow up with the candidates and clients
  • Call prospective clients
  • Close hiring with offer letters
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Act as SPOC for the clients and candidates
  • Manage employees' issues and concerns
  • Engage and measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively
  • Strong MS Office skills (Spreadsheets, documents, presentations, data analysis and validation, macros)
