HR Executive - Manufacturing Unit

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced

HR Executive

for our manufacturing unit in

Daman

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

HR operations, attendance & time office management, statutory compliance

, and sound knowledge of

MS Excel, Factory Act, and PF

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee

attendance, time office, shift, and overtime records

Manage and update

HR data and MIS reports using MS Excel

Ensure compliance with

Factory Act, PF, and other applicable labor laws

Handle

PF documentation, coordination, and record maintenance

Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation Provide accurate

attendance and statutory inputs for payroll processing

Coordinate with factory management on HR and workforce matters Assist with

employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of

MS Excel

Good understanding of

Factory Act & PF compliance

Experience in

attendance and time office management

Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle

confidential HR information

professionally

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in a

factory or manufacturing environment

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Able to work independently and manage routine HR operations
