Carcinova Cancer Hospital(A unit of Carcinova Pvt.Ltd) is looking for an HR Executive to manage and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for human resource management.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. Oversee performance management, including appraisals and feedback processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Organize employee engagement programs and training initiatives. Collaborate with department heads to enhance workforce productivity.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently. Experience in HR software and MS Office tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
