Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive position .Role and Responsibilities :
- The Candidate would be responsible to ensure effective management of all hr related activities .
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees .
- Align with businesses to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
- Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
- Handle overall recruitment and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines.
- 25% travel should there in a month.
- Excellent organizational and management skills

- Cuttack, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
