We are looking for a versatile HR Executive cum Team Lead to handle the end-to-end HR functions of our B2B services company while also taking the responsibility of training and mentoring students at our B-School. The ideal candidate should be skilled in HR operations, people management, and employee engagement, with the ability to design and deliver practical HR sessions for management students.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Team Leadership:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work culture.
Training & Development (B-School):
Conduct HR-related training programs, workshops, and sessions for B-School students.
Provide guidance on practical HR applications, interview preparation, and career readiness.
Mentor students on corporate exposure, workplace ethics, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with faculty to align HR training with academic and industry requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
1-2 years of HR experience, with team lead role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to balance organizational HR responsibilities with training delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
