Role & Responsibilities:
End?to?end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
Specialized in
electrical & technical hiring
(engineers, technicians, store, coordinator staff)
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs
Manage job postings, candidate databases & recruitment portals
Support HR operations: employee engagement, documentation, compliance
Requirements:
2-5 years of
HR/recruitment
experience
Strong knowledge of technical/electrical role hiring
Power distribution industry experience preferred
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work under deadlines and
multitask
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
