to manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll processing. The role requires strong knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliances, and payroll management, along with excellent people management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:HR Functions:
Handle recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, etc.).
Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
Responsibile of Payroll Compliance Like ESI,EPF,LWF Returns.
Payroll & Compliance:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll input.
Calculate salary, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual payroll-related returns and reports.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll processing.
Familiarity with Attendence Software and payroll software.
Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Laws).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
