Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding and off boarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers. You'll also be responsible for creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, benefits, and general workplace issues.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and administration of performance review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
Help with the administration of payroll, benefits enrolment, and leave management.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. You'll be responsible for preparing HR-related documents, reports, presentations and other administrative works.
Compliance:
Ensure all HR activities and processes adhere to labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5 to 6 years of experience in an HR role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, off boarding, compensation, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
