Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files.
Assist in payroll preparation, salary data, and HR documentation.
Support onbording, orientation, and exit processes.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Administration Responsibilities
Handle office administration including stationery, files, and records.
Maintain office discipline, staff movements, and daily attendance.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and management.
Maintain records of bills, office expenses, and basic documentation.
Support management in daily office operations and reporting.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in HR or administration.
Graduate in any discipline (HR qualification preferred).
Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
