Should be ready to visit PF , ESIC office for work at times
Should be technically sound and should be experience
Basic Knowledge of HR is required.
Support HR managers with various administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and handling employee communications.
Serve as a point of contact for employees with basic HR-related queries (such as leave policies, attendance issues, etc.).
Help resolve day-to-day HR issues such as work-related concerns, attendance conflicts, and other employee inquiries.
Provide administrative support to the payroll process by collecting data such as working hours, leave data, and other variables that affect payroll calculations.
Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and social media channels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
