The HR Executive will play an active role in supporting and strengthening the company's human resource operations. This position involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance & compliance, and ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management. The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Onboarding
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for open positions.
Post job openings on various platforms and screen incoming applications.
Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and manage the complete hiring cycle.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or internal database.
B. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and late marks of all employees.
Ensure accurate attendance reports are shared with the management and accounts team.
Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing by providing finalized attendance.
Manage employee queries related to salary, leave balance, and attendance.
C. Employee Relations & HR Operations
Address day-to-day employee concerns professionally and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and act as a reliable point of contact.
Organize team meetings, celebrations, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
Maintain HR-related documentation, employee files, and policy updates.
D. Compliance & Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and HR guidelines.
Support in preparing HR letters: appointment letters, confirmation letters, warnings, etc.
Maintain confidentiality of all HR and company-related information at all times.
E. Performance Management
Assist in coordinating performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
Follow up with department heads for performance inputs and evaluation documents.
3. Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and HR systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
