Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives and manage training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Draft and post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate fit. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment drives. Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred in similar roles). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Ability to multitask and handle multiple open positions. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

? MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.

? 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and/or training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
