To handle statutory compliance of the factory and support day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and coordination for smooth functioning of HR activities at the Raipur unit.
Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Compliance (Factory & Labour Laws)
Maintain compliance under
Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act
, ESIC, PF and other statutory requirements.
Ensure all
registers, licenses, returns and notices
are updated and displayed as per norms.
Coordination with government authorities for inspections, renewals and compliance submissions.
Maintain contractor documents, labour records, wage registers and attendance.
Monitor safety guidelines and support the HSE team for compliance-related documentation.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Handle worker onboarding, ID cards, personal files and document verification.
Maintain attendance, leave records and support payroll inputs.
Coordinate with HO HR for appointment letters, increments, and other HR documents.
Maintain discipline on site and address basic worker grievances.
Support recruitment for factory staff (screening, interviews, joining formalities).
Manage housekeeping, security and general administrative coordination.
3. Coordination & Reporting
Daily reporting of manpower, absenteeism and compliance status.
Maintain MIS related to HR, compliance and statutory activities.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments for smooth HR functioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate
1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a
manufacturing/factory setup
.
Knowledge of factory compliance and labour laws.
Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email drafting.
Working Conditions
Based at Raipur factory, full-time role.
Field visits within Raipur when required.
