Key Responsibilities:
Single-handedly manage end-to-end HR operations for the unit.
Lead recruitment for labour and staff positions.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain daily attendance, leaves, and discipline records.
Manage payroll processing, deductions, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and staffing needs.
Address employee issues, grievances, and maintain a smooth work environment.
Maintain employee files, HR records, and databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidate only.
2-4 years of HR experience (FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred).
Must be confident in handling HR operations independently.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage and control a labour workforce effectively.
