Support end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries and assist in engagement activities
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and statutory requirements
Desired Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor compliances
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field preferred
