About the Role:



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Associate

to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about working with people, enjoys building positive workplace culture, and wants to grow their career in HR.

As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily HR operations -- including

recruitment, onboarding, data management, documentation, HRMS handling, employee engagement, and vendor coordination

. You'll be closely involved in creating a supportive and engaging work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Support the entire recruitment cycle -- from posting job openings and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Assist in designing offer letters and joining formalities. Organize and conduct employee onboarding sessions to help new joiners settle in smoothly.

2. Employee Data & HRMS Management



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRMS. Track employee status, confirmation, leaves, and attendance. Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee trackers, and MIS data. Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all HR records.

3. Employee Engagement



Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and internal events. Collect employee feedback and support initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction. Encourage participation and build a positive work culture across teams.

4. Documentation & Compliance



Prepare and organize employee-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, NDAs, and relieving letters. Maintain digital and physical employee files in an organized manner. Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

5. Vendor Management



Coordinate with external vendors for recruitment, office supplies, engagement activities, or other HR-related services. Track vendor deliverables and maintain smooth communication for timely execution.

6. General HR Support



Assist in handling employee queries related to HR processes. Support the HR team in various administrative and coordination tasks as required. Participate in HR projects or process improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal. Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in building a career in HR. Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
