Handle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain and update employee records.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Supervise biometric attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with accounts for monthly salary processing.
Manage overtime, miss-punch, and duty roster approvals.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and escalate serious issues to HR Manager.
Promote employee engagement and welfare activities.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards across departments.
Training & Development
Coordinate induction and training sessions for new and existing employees.
Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain personnel files, offer letters, experience letters, and NOC forms.
Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
Support in HR audits and policy implementation.
General HR Administration
Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Assist in handling exit formalities and clearance procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations.
