Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
4. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
5. Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
6. Exit Management: Manage the exit process, including exit interviews, clearance, and full and final settlement.
7. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
8. Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee records, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Upto 2 years of experience in HR role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: Upto ?25,000 per month
