We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, focusing on talent acquisition for our plant/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a similar industrial setting and be familiar with blue-collar and technical hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for various roles, especially technical and plant-level positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Develop and post job advertisements through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical rounds.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Manage candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes in coordination with the HR team.
Support other HR activities as needed during manpower planning, audits, or employee engagement events.
Requirements:
Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a plant or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
