Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives and manage training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities (JD/KRA)



Employee Engagement




Coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and events (festivals, team outings, wellness programs, R&R programs, etc.).


Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and pulse checks to gauge engagement levels.


Effective communication to ensure employees are informed and aligned with the engagement programs.

Training & Development




Coordinate with internal departments and external trainers to organize learning sessions.


Maintain training calendars, schedules, and records.


Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.


Assist in developing onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Key Skills & Competencies




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Strong organizational and project management abilities.


Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.


Creative thinking and attention to detail.


Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications




MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.


1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and/or training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
