Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to drive employee engagement initiatives and manage training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities (JD/KRA)



Employee Engagement



? Coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities and events (festivals, team outings, wellness programs, R&R programs, etc.).

? Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and pulse checks to gauge engagement levels.

? Effective communication to ensure employees are informed and aligned with the engagement programs.

Training & Development



? Coordinate with internal departments and external trainers to organize learning sessions.

? Maintain training calendars, schedules, and records.

? Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.

? Assist in developing onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Key Skills & Competencies



? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

? Strong organizational and project management abilities.

? Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.

? Creative thinking and attention to detail.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications



? MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.

? 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and/or training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
