Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including benefits administration, interviewing, and human capital management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires
- Manage human capital by developing strategies to optimize employee performance
- Utilize Paychex for payroll processing and HR management
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure company compliance
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft for HR functions
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on benefits administration and human capital management
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Paychex, ATS, PeopleSoft, and other HR software systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively
