We are looking for a competent and experienced

Human Resources Executive/Officer

to oversee HR functions at our

steel/iron manufacturing plant

. The candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, compliance, labor relations, and employee engagement in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Workforce Management

Manage hiring for plant-level roles, including workers, operators, supervisors, and support staff Coordinate manpower planning and shift deployment with production and maintenance departments Ensure smooth onboarding, document collection, and induction of new employees
HR Operations and Administration

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and database management (manual or HRMS) Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for salary processing, overtime, and shift allowances Prepare and manage HR documentation such as appointment letters, warning letters, and exit formalities
Statutory Compliance and Legal

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, including PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Factories Act Prepare documentation for labor department audits, inspections, and compliance reporting Manage contractor labor compliance and documentation under CLRA and other relevant acts
Employee Relations and Discipline

Address employee grievances and coordinate disciplinary actions where required Foster healthy communication between management and plant-level employees Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Training and Development

Coordinate safety training, skill development, and orientation programs Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness of training initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field 2-5 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing or plant-based environment Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and industrial regulations Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and documentation Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle shop-floor HR activities

Preferred:



Prior experience in steel, iron, or heavy manufacturing industries Familiarity with union handling or worker grievance management Knowledge of local language is an added advantage

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
