Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

HR Executive

to support and manage key HR functions at our plant location. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in plant HR operations and will be responsible for managing attendance, employee engagement, recruitment, grievance handling, data management, and initiatives related to employee retention and recognition. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Attendance Management



Monitor and maintain daily attendance records. Coordinate with supervisors to track leaves and absenteeism.

2. Employee Engagement Activities



Plan and organize regular employee engagement events and programs. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collect and act on feedback to enhance employee satisfaction.

3. Recruitment



Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles. Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning. Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and facilitate smooth onboarding.

4. Data Management



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital). Ensure all HR documentation meets audit and compliance standards.

5. Grievance Handling



Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner. Act as a bridge between employees and management. Support in disciplinary proceedings and conflict resolution.

6. Retention & Recognition



Drive employee retention strategies and track turnover. Coordinate recognition programs to reward performance and loyalty. Propose and implement improvements based on attrition analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in a plant or manufacturing HR role. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
