Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within timelines.
HR Generalist Activities
Manage employee life cycle processes - onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exits.
Maintain HR records, employee data, and support in payroll inputs.
Support compliance and HR policies implementation.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities/events as per the engagement calendar.
Drive employee connect initiatives to improve workplace culture and morale.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support grievance handling.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
2-4 years
of hands-on experience in
Recruitment, HR Generalist activities, and Employee Engagement.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
