We partner with leading energy providers to help households in Oceania region adopt renewable energy solutions from solar panels and batteries to state-driven energy efficiency upgrades.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations. The intern will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, HR coordination, and basic compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing profiles through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment data
2.
HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases
Assist in issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
3.
Employee Coordination
Act as a point of contact for interns and junior employees for basic HR queries
Support attendance tracking and leave records
Assist in employee engagement activities, if required
4.
Compliance & Reporting
Support basic HR compliance documentation (PF, ESIC coordination, if applicable)
Prepare HR reports and trackers as assigned
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / pursuing MBA or PG in HR / Management
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Willingness to learn and adapt
