RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the application process from start to finish.

Interviewing
Offer Negotiation and offer confirmation
Offer Letters
Reference Checks
Conduct employee onboarding, new hire orientation, organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to the employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Gather and analyze the data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits.
Play a key role in implementation of Employee Engagement Programs.
Responsible for quarterly Newsletter release
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Handles exits process for the resigned employees
Maintaining weekly and monthly activity reports, payroll input.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate.
Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.
4+ years experience in recruitment.
Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point and working knowledge of Access.
Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
