Maintain daily attendance records of staff, workmen, and contractors.
Validate attendance data and share it with HO for salary processing.
2. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws (e.g., Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Maintain statutory registers and records at site.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure their compliance.
3. Employee Relations & Welfare
Address employee grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations at site.
Organize site-level welfare activities, canteen & accommodation management.
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with site rules and policies.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain personnel files, ID cards, gate pass, and other records.
Support audit activities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
5. Liaison & Coordination
Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and community when required.
Coordinate between project site and Corporate HR for smooth implementation of HR policies.
