Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR Compliance professional to ensure our organization adheres to all applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statutory compliance, audit processes, and employee relations, with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other statutory obligations
Maintain and update compliance trackers, registers, and documentation as per legal requirements
Liaise with government authorities and external auditors for inspections and audits
Monitor changes in labor legislation and update internal policies accordingly
Handle vendor compliance and ensure third-party adherence to labor laws
Support internal audits and prepare reports for senior management
Conduct training sessions on compliance awareness for HR and line managers
Manage disciplinary actions and grievance redressal in line with legal frameworks
Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions and filings
Qualifications & Skills
Preferred : Male Candidates
Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
5-8 years of hands-on experience in HR compliance and labor law management
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations
Experience with HRMS and compliance management tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High ethical standards and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
