About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our global HR operations. This role will be responsible for handling US-based consultant compliance, coordinating OSHA and client-mandated trainings, and leading telecom leadership hiring in India. The position requires working during US hours, effective cross-cultural communication, and experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
OPT/CPT/Stem OPT Compliance (US Consultants):
Conduct I-9 verification and maintain complete compliance records for F-1/OPT/CPT/Stem OPT consultants.
Monitor work authorization timelines, STEM extensions, and liaise with universities and candidates.
Ensure timely updates in SEVIS/E-Verify and compliance with USCIS/ICE guidelines.
Support audits and document readiness for any immigration or internal review.
OSHA & Client Training Compliance:
Track and ensure completion of OSHA and client-mandated trainings for consultants and employees.
Coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, and employees to maintain full compliance.
Generate compliance reports and flag non-compliance for timely corrective action.
India-Based Telecom Recruitment:
Source and screen candidates for mid-to-senior level telecom roles, particularly in leadership and engineering.
Conduct salary discussions, coordinate interviews, finalize offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipeline and collaborate with delivery teams and hiring managers.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in US HR operations and technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of OPT/CPT/Stem OPT compliance, including I-9, E-Verify, and university coordination.
Experience in telecom hiring, especially for engineering or network roles.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and coordinating training compliance.
Proficiency with Excel, ATS/HRMS platforms, and remote work tools.
Willingness to work US hours (evening/night shift IST).
Good Communication Skills.
Good Excel / PPT Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in a US-based staffing or consulting company.
Male candidates preferred due to team coordination and shift flexibility needs.
