The HR Executive - Compliance & Labour Laws is responsible for ensuring the organisation's full adherence to statutory requirements under various labour laws. The role involves managing compliance documentation, coordinating statutory filings and supporting audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages and other labour laws.
Manage monthly statutory filings, challans, returns, and maintain required registers.
Handle PF/ESIC portal activities including employee registration, KYC, and exit updates.
Maintain accurate employee records, statutory documents, and audit-ready files.
Verify contractor compliance by checking labour licences, attendance, wage sheets, PF/ESIC submissions, etc.
Conduct periodic site-level compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with labour authorities, handle inspections, and prepare necessary documentation.
Assist in obtaining and renewing statutory licences, permits, and registrations.
Support payroll and HR operations with compliance-related data and documentation.
Ensure HR policies and practices align with statutory requirements.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in HR / BBA / B.Com / MBA-HR or related field.
Experience:
1-4 years in HR statutory compliance, preferably in construction.
