About HR Executive - Compliance: As an HR Executive - Compliance you will be responsible for compliance or assist in being compliant with applicable Laws, Policies, Acts and Provisions across geographies. You are also responsible for thoroughly understanding compliance laws, as well as providing adequate communications to associate company, vendors, branch office, joint venture, subsidiary or other companies with whom the Company may make any such arrangement or agreement and employees about such laws. Responsibilities: Managing government authority inspection related to ESIC, EPF, LWF, PT, Minimum wages etc. Coordinate and facilitate documents/evidence submission for internal and departmental audits and reviews that are conducted monthly, quarterly, biannually and annually. Ensuring submission of annual returns under bonus, Min wages, payment of wages, LWF, maternity benefit on or before 30th Jan every year. Act as an advisory for clients and vendors on any requirements related to Statutory/Pay Structure etc. Applying for various licenses, permits or grants such as labor license, contract labor license, etc. Act on timely renewals and following it up with the authorities. Handling operational activities of Compliances. Extensively using excel to update and manage compliances. Any other tasks as may be assigned. Prerequisites: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Min. 1 year of compliance experience preferred. Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral), interpersonal and presentation skills. Worked on end-to-end payroll in Indian Companies. Handled an overall span of 10-15 people. Proven Experience as a Payroll Manager or Similar role. Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
