Assist in supervising HR staff and delegating tasks clearly and constructively
Participate in HR budgeting and planning with a solutions-oriented mindset
Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and change management strategies
Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to provide insights that support decision-making
Utilize Kronos system for timekeeping and attendance tracking
Administer benefits programs with a focus on clarity, support, and employee well-being
Maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Proven HR experience with an emphasis on relationship-building and employee support
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and empathy
Proficiency in HRIS, Kronos, and ATS systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
