Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Recruitment ? Coordinate with team managers on the requirements, involve in hiring process ? from Job Postings till onboarding the Candidates
  • Handle Joining formalities and Induction schedule for the new joiners
  • HR documentation in all formats - Excel, HRMS and Hardcopies
  • HRMS handling
  • Design Attrition strategies and its implementation
  • Employee engagement programs: Plan with AM ? HR and its execution
  • Implementation of HR initiatives and systems on timely basis
  • Policies and procedures ? Coordinate with Management in implementation and support the other departments in execution.
  • Maintain LinkedIn account, Naukri and Indeed
  • Coordinate on L&D process
  • Coordinate with Teams on performance review process
  • Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Coordinate with Admin department
  • Make sure work ethics and Etiquette is well maintained in the office premises
  • Maintain documents as per legal requirements.
