Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting.
Address employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
