We are looking for HR Executive from QSR /Hospitality /Retail / Food & Beverages Industry only
Job Location- Navalur, Chennai
Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee human resource functions for QSR Brand. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role will ensure that the restaurant team is motivated, skilled, and aligned with the companys values and goals. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Lead the recruitment process &Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and implement programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
Organize regular training on customer service, food safety, and other essential operational procedures.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process for all staff.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with audits as needed.
Employee Engagement:
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
Organize team-building events and reward programs.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate disbursements & Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave policies, etc.).
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the QSR or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Must be proficient in Hindi Language
Open to Travel once a month to Bangalore.
