Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee hiring processes, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage new hire orientation.

Employee Relations:

Handle grievances, counsel employees, and address workplace issues.

Performance Management:

Implement review procedures (quarterly/annual), provide feedback, and coordinate development programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer benefits, payroll, and design compensation packages.

Policy & Compliance:

Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.

HR Operations:

Manage employee data, maintain records, and oversee daily HR functions.

Training & Development:

Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software (HRIS/ATS).

Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
