HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
Support training, induction, and staff development initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Post-graduate in Human Resources or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR Operations or Recruitment
Knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, and compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail, jewellery, or luxury brand industry
Familiarity with HR software and attendance systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
