Job Description

The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR activities for the hotel and restaurant team. The role includes recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, and basic HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities



Manage recruitment for all hotel and restaurant positions. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee files. Handle staff onboarding and orientation. Maintain attendance, leaves, and monthly payroll data. Ensure company policies are followed by all employees. Manage staff grievance handling and ensure good workplace discipline. Support training and development activities. Handle exit process and full-and-final settlements. Coordinate with management for HR reports and manpower updates.

Skills Required



Good communication skills Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour laws Ability to handle staff issues calmly Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, HR software)

Qualifications



Graduate degree (HR preferred) 1-3 years of HR experience (Hotel/Restaurant industry preferred)
