Manage full-cycle recruitment ~ sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Handle grievance management and support employee relations.
Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support management with HR reporting and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
